When will my order be shipped?
Typically orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from purchase Monday-Friday. Orders placed Saturday & Sunday are shipped the following Monday.
How much is shipping?
We do not charge shipping for any order placed with in the United States. There is however a $20.00 shipping fee for any orders shipping to Canada and $30.00 shipping fee for any orders shipping to the rest of the world. We base our fees off of the standard international rates given by the United States Postal Service.
Do you provide tracking for orders?
Yes. All orders are shipped with either USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail which includes a tracking number. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking number.
My order was sent back to you because of an incorrect shipping address, will you re-ship my order?
Make sure and double check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If your order is sent back to us because of an incorrect shipping address, you will have to pay a $10.00 re-shipping fee. We offer FREE shipping to you, but we still have to pay and unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping twice on the same order.
My tracking number says my order has be delivered, but I can’t find my package?
Unfortunately, once a package leaves our facility and has been put into the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number says a packaged was delivered and you can’t locate it, please reach out to your local USPS and speak with them. WE WILL NOT REFUND ORDERS FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
I received my order, but an item is damaged or defective, what should I do?
We check every item once we receive it and before shipping out, but of course we are human and mistakes happen. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please contact us immediately (within 3 business days of receiving your order), we will be happy to replace the item. Once an item has been worn and/or washed we CAN NOT exchange it or refund it. We can not be responsible if an item is washed improperly or if you tried to do the splits in a romper and ripped it (seriously this happened).
What is your return policy?
We offer in-store credit or even exchange for items that are unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached. You have 14 days from purchase to submit for a return. WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS!!!!
Why don't you do refunds?
At this time, we are a small business and only get a very small amount of each item. Some items sell out very quickly and therefore, new items are brought in weekly. With the high rate of inventory turnover, we spatially and financially can not afford to do refunds at this time. It also deters people from ordering a certain item in more than one size. As we continue to grow, we hope to offer refunds in the future.

How do your clothes run size wise?
Most of our brands follow the national standard for women's apparel. We try to note on each item is something is running true to size, over sized or smaller. Do you carry Plus Size clothing?
No, we do not. Unfortunately, we do not design or manufacture the clothes we carry. Most of the brands and vendors we work with do not offer plus size at this time. To carry plus size, we would have to bring on more brands and vendors, which right now is not spatially and financially doable. We hope in the future this could be an option.
What do I do if an item says "Out of Stock"?
No worries, simply type your email in the "Notify Me" box to be notified when and if it comes back in stock. PLEASE NOTE: We are not always able to restock certain items as our brands/vendors sometimes are sold out as well and sometimes do not recut an item.
Do you have a storefront location?
Yes. Our storefront is located in Northern Kentucky at 2837 Town Center Blvd Crestview Hills, KY 41017. Come see us!
Can I order online and pick my purchase up in-store?
Yes! At checkout, simply select "In-Store Pickup" and we will notify by email when it is ready to be picked up.

Do you ever run sales?
Yes, but very rarely do we run blanket sales. We do send out coupon codes thru our email list and text list so make sure you are signed up for one or the other. A lot of the brands we carry can not be found in big chain stores and we only get a very limited quantity of each item. We also do not mark-up as much as a big chain store would as we do not carry as big of an overhead.
